Mike has extensive experience over the past 25 years delivering IT solutions and strategies for a wide array of businesses (from mining and resources through to the arts and not-for-profits) across the Asia Pacific region, with his last 10 years in senior and executive leadership roles. With a degree in commerce, his background has included transforming the performance of businesses through both the use of technology as well as alignment of business and IT strategy.
Mike not only believes in "teach a person to fish and you feed them for life", but "teach a group of people to fish and you empower them to teach and support their own community". He is passionate in coaching and motivating people, and strongly believes in true partnering to ensure all parties are aligned and achieve their goals … and adds a little creativity and humour to make the journey that much more enjoyable! |
