Mike Berry-Porter and Steve Tucker both shared a passion to make a company whose purpose and values were just as important as its products and services. A company whose purpose informed its way of doing business, and whose success would ultimately be defined by the success of our clients. 5accel was created with a core purpose in mind: to inspire, lead, enable, and empower both businesses and IT professionals to accelerate their Digital Transformation journey, whilst also helping them in developing their own digital capability.
We wanted to create a business that not only helped to implement leading edge technology, but would also provide a framework to both successfully deliver outcomes whilst in parallel develop our client’s capability to ensure they have the people and processes enabled to continue to leverage the technology. After all, digital transformations are not static endpoints one simply achieves or a destination you arrive at; it is a shift in the way business strategises, innovates, and operates to achieve a strategic advantage in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape. We believe this is a whole-of-business approach, not just an IT technology project in isolation.
Our flexible framework and approach has been developed with a unique blend of design led thinking, coaching and guidance, merged with our expert technical capability to assist our clients. Some organisations, however, may struggle to resource the implementation, and we are able to assist to augment the delivery team to deliver results at velocity whilst helping our clients to build their capability.
We believe in true partnerships with our clients, irrespective of size. Every business today needs to build agility and resilience, navigate the risks that come with rapid change, whilst at the same time trying to do more with less.
