When you join the team, you will work on a range of exciting and challenging projects, from implementing Power BI on greenfield sites to developing Power BI governance, developing dataflows and suites of reports. You will understand the client's business challenges and needs, solve complex problems, and deliver effective, efficient, and pragmatic solutions.
 
You will use a design-led approach to developing highly intuitive reports that are visually stunning, data-efficient and deliver massive customer value. Users will want to use your reports, and they will become essential tools within their businesses.

You will work with the latest Microsoft technology to put in place the latest designs and patterns, making the most of everything the Microsoft cloud has to offer… and you will work with a team who are as passionate about driving real change with data as you.

About You

• You will be an excellent communicator and love explaining complexities in simple terms
• You will have over five years of experience designing and building data analysis solutions using reporting tools, including Power BI
• You will be a go-getter and take ownership of tasks and always focus on customer outcomes
• You will research new ideas and experiment to improve your and your teams' knowledge
• You will reflect on the performance of yourself, your team, and the project to understand how we can work better and more effectively
• You are the happiest working in a supportive and dependable team on projects that excite and challenge you
• You love data analysis and have experience with the following:
  • Deploying and configuring Enterprise Power BI, including gateway, capacity, security and workspace management
  • Developing comprehensive data models using Dataflows, M and Direct Query
  • Developing performant and effective data solutions using Power BI
  • Securing data within the solutions, you design using Row Level Security
  • Performance tune Power BI reports
  • Advise customers on effective report development processes
  • Researching new Power BI features and techniques and share your learnings with customers and others within the team
  • Experience with developing report release processes and pipelines 
  • Understanding and appreciation of how consultancy projects work
  • Mentoring other members of the team
  • Providing technical leadership on multiple projects
  • Working on large scale data analysis projects
